Castle Rock Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced Surface + Base Works Superintendent who will contribute towards our continued growth and our reputation for excellence in the industry.
People Management: Leads by example for all other employees on the job site. Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
Safe Work practices: Provides oversight of people and equipment on our jobsites, ensuring our policies and safety standards are followed at all times.
Operations: Coordinate and manage the efficient and safe use of equipment and ensure operators are following company policy. Inspecting work in progress to ensure that all work conforms to specifications.
5+ years experience working as a Construction Superintendent.
Experience working in surace + base work.
Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards and legislation in the Yukon.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational skills.
